Five main precautions for maintenance of crawler drilling rig

1. Before each operation, the elevator shall be filled with lubricating grease. When filling the elevator, the grease nipple at the other end must be opened, which is conducive to extruding the previously filled grease. Otherwise, the oil seal in the elevator may be damaged.
2. Check whether the oil quantity in each oil tank is sufficient and the oil quality is normal, and check whether the oil quantity in each reducer gear is sufficient and the oil quality is normal; Check for oil leakage.
3. Check whether the wire rope is broken and whether its connection is intact and safe.
4. Check whether the elevator can rotate flexibly and whether the internal grease is polluted.
5. Check the steel structure for cracks, rust, desoldering and other damages.
